Responsibilities include:

  • Creating a database of ownership and occupancy records;
  • Building and maintaining client relationships and referral sources;
  • Providing clients with timely, accurate information on market conditions and opportunities;
  • Advising clients on real estate strategies that optimize their needs;
  • Marketing real estate listings;
  • Writing proposals that fully address a client’s requirements;
  • Negotiating with property owners and real estate brokers to ensure the best outcomes for your clients;


  • California Real Estate Salesperson License required but new to the business encouraged
  • Skilled in word processing and building spreadsheets using MS Word and Excel
  • Strong communication skills; listening, verbal and written
  • Ability to work well in a collaborative environment
  • Evidence of personal achievements, leadership roles, performance in creative arts and/or sports
  • Tenacity, self-motivated with a strong work ethic
